LPSignal vs Revert, Metrix, Krystal and DefiLlama Yields
They answer different questions. LPSignal tells you which pool and which price range paid the most after impermanent loss, and alerts you when one starts paying. Revert and Krystal automate positions you already have; Metrix tracks and backtests them; DefiLlama Yields lists yields across all of DeFi.
Each tool in one line
- LPSignal: concentrated-liquidity opportunities ranked by net APR (fees − impermanent loss) from hourly backtests of specific ranges, pushed as signals, with a public scored track record.
- Revert: "analytics and automation for AMM liquidity providers" — position analytics, a range backtester, auto-compound, auto-range, auto-exit and lending against positions.
- Metrix: pool discovery, range backtests on historical data and automatic tracking of your positions, across about 20 chains.
- Krystal: a liquidity farming agent — AI-managed positions, automated rebalancing and vaults, with Hot Pools and copy-a-wallet.
- DefiLlama Yields: a yield aggregator across all of DeFi (lending, staking, DEXes), more than 10,000 pools.

Where LPSignal is different
- It ranks what an LP keeps, not what a pool pays. A pool's fee APR averages over every position and ignores impermanent loss; LPSignal ranks the best range of each pool by fees minus impermanent loss.
- Exact fees. Fees come from each pool's fee-growth counters read every hour, not from volume × fee rate, which was off by up to 1.8× on Aerodrome Slipstream in our measurements.
- It comes to you. Signals arrive by Telegram, webhook or WebSocket the hour a range qualifies, with the exact ticks; you don't have to check a dashboard.
- It keeps score in public. Every opportunity signal is backtested again on its own ticks 7 days later and the result — loss or gain — stays on the track record.
- Nothing to approve. No vault, no operator approval, no performance fee: you mint the position yourself on Uniswap's, PancakeSwap's, Aerodrome's or Velodrome's own contract.
When another tool fits better
- You want your positions rebalanced or compounded automatically: Revert or Krystal.
- You want to track positions across many chains, Solana included: Metrix.
- You compare yields beyond DEX liquidity (lending, staking): DefiLlama Yields.
- They combine well: pick the pool and range with LPSignal, then automate or track the position with the tool you prefer.

Questions
Which LP tool ranks pools by APR after impermanent loss?
LPSignal ranks concentrated-liquidity pools by net APR: the fees of each pool's best price range minus its impermanent loss, from hourly backtests on exact on-chain fees. Revert and Metrix show impermanent loss in backtests of a range you choose; their pool lists rank by fee APR.
Is LPSignal an alternative to Revert Finance?
For choosing where to provide liquidity, yes: LPSignal ranks pools and ranges by net APR and sends signals. For managing positions automatically (auto-compound, auto-range, auto-exit), Revert does what LPSignal does not; the two can be used together.
How is LPSignal different from DefiLlama Yields?
DefiLlama Yields lists more than 10,000 pools across all of DeFi with pool-level APY (fees plus rewards). LPSignal covers concentrated-liquidity pools of established tokens on six EVM chains in depth: it backtests specific price ranges every hour, subtracts impermanent loss and publishes a scored track record of its signals.
Does LPSignal manage my liquidity?
No. It never holds funds or asks for approvals over your positions. You add liquidity from your own wallet directly on the DEX's official contract, in the recommended range, with no fee.
